The featured folder is now full. Those of you who were recently declined, please resubmit to the new folder

If you want to submit to the second featured folder, called "the best of our members" please do so.  You may also, if you wish, remove your photo from the 'featured' folder to the new one. You are allowed 1 submission a month, so please try to submit your best works. We have a right to decline your submission if it does not meet the following requirements.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES, PLEASE DO ASK :D

This is the "Well, DUH!" rule
:bulletred: It must be a photo. No photo manipulations allowed in a group for Photography.

You MAY edit your picture slightly by changing brightness/contrast, colors, cropping ect. Minor stuff. Nothing major, like adding a dog into your photo when there wasn't one.

On to the other guidelines...

:bulletred: If you are putting a watermark on your photos with your name or something of that sort, please do. But, the signature should not distract from the photo.

:bulletred: The picture must have a title. You are not allowed to submit something like "Untitled", "PLR48372", "lkfsalkjf;jfds", "vacation shot 12" or anything without a somewhat creative title.

:bulletred: Must have a subject of some sort, be it a landscape, a model, or an object.

:bulletred: Said subject must be in focus, unless the picture is blurry for artistic affect.

:bulletred: Photo quality must be good. No fuzzy pictures. No camera phone photos (ex. iPhone)

:bulletred: Should have good composition, and appropriate lighting.

:bulletred: Picture should be pleasing to the eye.

:bulletred: Originality and Uniqueness will help a photo into this folder.

:bulletred: A description will also help. Please, you took time to take your photo, maybe explain how you did it, or share a funny story behind it like how your camera setup almost fell into the river, or at least say what it is a picture of and where you took it.

If you have ANY questions regarding these guidelines (which we may edit at any time), please ask below. Be sure to look below to see if your question has already been answered.
